A Drawing for Jo (Thorin Sticks Bert)

So, I promised this to fellow Canvas Blogger Jo a long, long time ago.... and I've finally finished it. I spent way too long tinkering with it. But all that aside, this is one of the coolest scenes in J.R.R. Tolkien's The Hobbit (the book), and I'm happy to give it to one of the coolest artists I know. ;)

P.S. If you're wondering about the eye, let's just say I discovered the importance of using high quality paper for big drawing projects.

The Hunger Games

I made this to express how I viewed Katniss and Peeta when I read The Hunger Games. Ha ha.
Katniss, in for the kill.

Note: pretend the water stains are texture on the rocks.

Made this for a friend who's going through a rough time. She may not believe it, but she's a warrior.

Late Night Post

Before I get back to homework, here are some drawings from the past couple of weeks.

I watched Captain America with some friends. Great film. I'm still scared to draw gloves/gauntlets and boots because I don't want to ruin my drawings. Next time.
Cap and friends
As proof that I won't keep posting only superhero drawings, here is a robot bear that I drew in New Testament Survey II. Disregard the robot man thing.

Delay

I was planning on uploading more pictures last week, but things have gotten crazy. And they are going to get even crazier for the next two weeks. If I am not able to post anything else before finals, I'll be back afterward. I promise. Sorry for the delay.
